The thing they say about breakfast being the most important meal of the day, I personally hold truthful. I loooove oatmeal. I need a thicker, more substantial thing in the morning. And oats are perfect for providing you with that steady release of energy. (Apples are great for this too, for those looking for something different- whether it be less calories, something crunchier, or maybe, you just don't like oatmeal!)
And Quaker oats has a great oatmeal, low in cals, and as it must be to make it into my life (lol), DELICIOUS. I would not suggest anything to you little love bugs that was not palatable. Life is so sweet, and who said low cal or healthy had to be bad? Noooo thank you! Not on my planet. In fact, it will probably taste better than the high calorie stuff, just because it's everything u want (substantially for your body) minus the guilt.
SO there are two different kinds of oatmeals below, and I have done the taste test so YOU don't have to! Go for the QUAKER skip the OatFit.
U get fit at the gym not via oatmeal-- that should have been the first sign.
